Good Day Men

I met a Father today at the "Farmer's Market", he had done over 40 days of Wheat Grass to be healthy as possible. I wish my Dad had done that, who know's maybe we would have shared more Father's Day's together. My Father loved the meat and had trouble giving up the Cig's, even though he was told to do so for his health. They were created to become addicted to. The fight for health for those of us who have gotten caught up in such things is harder and we need to stand up and say. Sugar was created for the body to become addicted to, I am putting my body first, will you help me! When we make plans to get together can it be on my turf for a while.

( In my case) A place that has organic juices would be great!!!! You see I started juicing last week and I was doing one meal a day during that week. Because I was listening to my body, now my body is ready and I am telling my brain to tag along.
This Fathers day I told my body, Caco, Coconut water and Cane Water for Breakfast, lunch as you like and Green drink for dinner, because body I want to honor my Father and as of tomorrow it is juices for 100 days, one day at a time.
