
Springing into the sweet season
For whatever reason- May it be the pollination of flowers, the joy of spring.
Sweets seem to come with the season. Honey can offer you the antioxidants and also phytonutrients, but it also is just under table sugar on the glycemic index.
Royal Jelly is a form of honey but works very differently and it can help you with immunity to allergens in the spring season.
Agave or Cactus nectar is what I will suggest this lovely season. Agave is mostly fruit sugar so it's lower than sugar or honey on the glycemic index, with that being said it is higher in calories. So remember, everything in moderation.
add a little Omega 3 to the plan and it will help you make the right sweet choice!!!
